  • To confirm in writing to the employees involved the outcome of mediation.

This agreement covers:

  • What was agreed by the employees during the mediation.
  • A plan of action going forward.
  • How to manage future issues.
  • Both employees are asked to sign the agreement.

  • If one of the parties refuses to sign the agreement.
  • If you would like advice on an SOSR dismissal if one of the parties needs to be dismissed following this process.
