Docs Wizard offers two subscription services, HR Docs Wizard and H&S Docs Wizard, you can choose to subscribe to one or both or these services. Membership is charged annually on a recurring basis, if you would prefer to switch automatic billing off then you can do so under ‘your account’ once you have signed up. At any time, you can contact us or call us on 0207 096 3355 to speak to one of our team about our membership options.

If you have tried searching for the document using the search bar and/or selecting the category you want (i.e. absence, disciplinary etc.) and manually looking for the document, but you still can’t find the document you require, please contact us, and we will do our very best to find/create that document for you.

If you need a copy VAT invoice/receipt please email us and we can send this over to you.

If you need additional support, we have several options available. If you need guidance on what documents you need to use, we can advise you free of charge (email only). We also provide a document checking service – if an issue is particularly complicated and you would value a professional opinion, we charge a flat, one-off fee for one of our consultains to check the document for you. You can call and explain your concerns or email us. The third option we offer is to become an advice client, you will then be able to pick up the phone and call us whenever you need to. We offer reasonable rates which can be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Yes, all the contracts, letters and other documents have been reviewed and amended under GDPR guidelines.
