What is Docs Wizard?
Docs Wizard is an online service which is designed to help SMEs and HR departments with every day HR and health and safety issues.
We have done this by providing over 400 template documents, which include guidance notes to help you understand what document you need to use.
Who are we?
Docs Wizard was created by Jaluch, a team of experienced HR consultants who support over 350 organisations with their day-to-day staffing issues (you can visit our website to find out more info about us).
How does the subscription service work?
Docs Wizard offers two subscription services, HR Docs Wizard and H&S Docs Wizard, you can choose to subscribe to one or both or these services. Membership is charged annually on a recurring basis, if you would prefer to switch automatic billing off then you can do so under ‘your account’ once you have signed up. At any time, you can contact us or call us on 0207 096 3355 to speak to one of our team about our membership options.
What if i need additional support?
If you need additional support, we have several options available. If you need guidance on what documents you need to use, we can advise you free of charge (email only). We also provide a document checking service – if an issue is particularly complicated and you would value a professional opinion, we charge a flat, one-off fee for one of our consultains to check the document for you. You can call and explain your concerns or email us. The third option we offer is to become an advice client, you will then be able to pick up the phone and call us whenever you need to. We offer reasonable rates which can be charged on a pay-as-you-go basis.
